About the design
The P u r e sweater is designed with a focus on lightness and clean lines. The P u r e sweater is knitted in one strand of silk mohair together with one strand of merino, giving the design a light and almost floating character, while the delicate surface adds a soft and sensory expression. The simple twisted rib at the neckline, sleeves and body support the calm aesthetic of the design and create a harmonious whole.
The P u r e sweater is a design where lightness and simplicity meet in a modern, oversized and Nordic expression – created to become a natural part of the wardrobe and to be worn across seasons.
Construction
First, the upper part of the back is worked. Stitches are then picked up along the cast-on edge of the back at each shoulder for the front. The shoulder sections are worked separately with decreases and increases to shape the neckline, then joined to form the front, which is worked back and forth. The front and back are joined, and the body is finished in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up around the armholes, and the sleeves are worked in the round.
The P u r e sweater is worked with no final sewing.
