About the design
g e n e r o u s sweater is a slightly oversized sweater with a positive ease of 7-10 cm [3-4 in]. It is worked top-down in one piece and has no finishing work besides sewing down the neck and weaving in the ends.
It is knitted on a 10 mm [US 15] (recommended) using three threads. The shoulder construction as increase which are constructed different than normal raglan increases.
This gives generous sweater a uniq look, which is elegant and generous - hence the name generous sweater.
g e n e r o u s sweater has ballon sleeves with gussets created from increases along the sleeve from the elbow and up. The ballon shape is created by increase to the right and left. Following the elbow the number of stitches are decreased on a 6 mm [US 10] needle with only two threads, to gain some extra ballon effect and to make the final piece of the sleeves a close fit to your arm.
g e n e r o u s sweater has a sharp, beautiful and simple look, even though it is knitted on a large needle and filled with generosity.

Gauge
Knitting tension: 11 stitches x 16 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 in] (it is recommended to knit a swatch and wash it)
Knit the sweater top down in three threads: two threads merino and one thread silk/mohair.
